RatingPing Terms of Service
Version 1.0 — September 2026 (draft, pending attorney review)
1. What the Service Does
RatingPing is an alert-first Google review monitoring tool for local businesses. It connects to your Google Business Profile via Google OAuth, watches your locations for new Google reviews, sends you alerts (email, and SMS/Slack on paid plans), and generates AI-drafted reply suggestions you can edit, copy, and post yourself.
We do not post replies to Google on your behalf, and we never post automatically. You remain solely responsible for every reply you publish.
2. The Contracting Party
These Terms are a legal agreement between you (the "Customer") and TRYZEUS LLC, a California limited liability company ("TryZeus," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the RatingPing service. Contact: support@ratingping.com.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business that is the Customer.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You may not share one subscription across multiple unrelated businesses.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
RatingPing is offered on a subscription basis: Free ($0 — 1 location, email alerts), Starter ($9/mo — 1 location, instant SMS/email alerts, AI reply drafts), Pro ($29/mo — 3 locations, Slack alerts), and Scale ($49/mo — 10 locations, white-label reports). Prices are in USD.
- Paid plans require a verified email address.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel in two clicks from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Google Connection
You authorize RatingPing to read your Google Business Profile and its reviews via Google's APIs. We request only the permissions needed to monitor reviews. You may revoke access at any time from your Google account settings; doing so stops review monitoring. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.
6. AI Drafts
AI-drafted replies are suggestions generated from the review text. They may be inaccurate or inappropriate — always review a draft before posting it. You are solely responsible for replies you publish to Google.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service to harass reviewers, post fake reviews, or manipulate ratings.
- Do not attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the Service.
- Comply with Google's review and content policies at all times.
8. Disclaimers — No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free monitoring — alerts depend on Google's APIs and third-party delivery networks (email, SMS, Slack). We are not responsible for reviews you miss or replies you choose to post.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryZeus's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or revenue from reviews.
10. Term and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your locations and settings are deleted; you may export your data before then by contacting us.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in California, with a class-action waiver, to the extent permitted by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of signup by emailing support@ratingping.com.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
